Are you passionate about web design and customer support? We’re looking for a Website Designer Support Specialist with strong WordPress skills and excellent written English to assist clients and maintain high-quality website experiences.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 8.0 per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Flexible, 5 hours per day, 4 days a week

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

Design, edit, and maintain websites based on client needs.
Assist with site transfers and provide design support.
Provide web chat support, answering client queries clearly and professionally.
Troubleshoot website issues and offer help desk support.
Implement content updates and small design changes.
Work independently on projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Fluent conversational ability in English for clear client communication.
Web design skills (WordPress, HTML, CSS, Figma, or Adobe XD).
Experience providing customer support via Intercom or similar chat tools.
Ability to troubleshoot minor website issues.
Basic knowledge of website hosting, domains, and SEO.
Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This role requires strong communication skills, as client will often share design briefs or technical issues via chat, which can sometimes be quite challenging.
