SEO & Marketing Automation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of SEO operations for a forward-thinking digital marketing agency while working with advanced automation tools. You'll manage multiple client SEO accounts, work with cutting-edge AI automation technologies, and play a crucial role in ensuring project success and client satisfaction. Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $7.4 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20+ hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm EST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Take over and manage 7 existing SEO client accounts with full ownership and accountability
• Edit and optimize WordPress websites for multiple clients across various industries
• Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive client results
• Oversee project execution to ensure fulfillment teams stay on track and meet objectives
• Communicate directly with clients for updates, reporting, and relationship management
• Collaborate seamlessly with existing virtual assistants and team members
• Manage Go High Level platform independently without supervision or guidance
• Work with emerging AI automation tools including voice agents and text agents as the company expands into this innovative space

Requirements

• Proven track record in SEO with experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong WordPress editing and website management capabilities
• Advanced proficiency with Go High Level platform and marketing automation
• Experience creating and managing successful email marketing campaigns
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work consistently during East Coast business hours
• Full availability with no conflicting day job commitments (this is critical)
• Project management experience with ability to oversee team performance
• Experience or strong interest in AI automation tools and emerging marketing technologies
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
