The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Marketing Manager who’s ready to take the reins and lead full-cycle marketing initiatives. From PPC and SMS campaigns to direct mail and email drips—you’ll architect, execute, and optimize multi-channel strategies that generate real, measurable results.

This is more than a task-driven role—it’s a strategic leadership position perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, automation, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and launch high-performing campaigns across SMS, email, PPC, direct mail, and more
• Build and refine Zapier automations to streamline lead flows and follow-ups
• Monitor KPIs to assess performance, drive improvements, and guide budget allocation
• Oversee marketing vendors, campaign logistics, and compliance (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to align strategies with company goals
• Scrape, organize, and leverage lead data to power smarter targeting and outreach

You’re a Fit If You Have:

• Expert-level Zapier automation experience—this is a must
• 5+ years in marketing, with 2+ in a senior or leadership role
• Proven ability to manage and optimize large marketing budgets
• Real estate marketing experience or familiarity with the sales cycle (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, Twilio, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• A sharp analytical mind, strong organizational skills, and top-tier copywriting ability
