As Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll own the complete digital marketing strategy for a fast-growing e-commerce brand, directly impacting business growth across two major markets. This role offers exceptional autonomy and the opportunity to shape the digital presence of an innovative brand in the children’s products space.
Job Highlights
- Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 130,000
- Paid Hours per Week: 40
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible scheduling with 2-3 weekly team meetings| Sydney, Australia time
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Lead all paid search initiatives including campaign creation, optimization, and budget management
- Create and implement data-driven audience targeting strategies
- Own the organic social media presence, including content strategy and community engagement
- Drive e-commerce conversion optimization through multiple digital channels
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets across platforms to maximize ROI
- Develop and maintain performance reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with leadership team in strategic planning sessions
- Execute A/B testing and optimization strategies
- Identify and capitalize on new digital marketing opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record in e-commerce focused digital marketing
- Expert-level experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid social platforms
- Demonstrated history of driving measurable e-commerce conversions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets
- Flexible availability for key team meetings in Australia/New Zealand time zones
- Background in D2C or e-commerce businesses preferred
- Performance-driven mindset with focus on measurable results
