Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (HubSpot & CRM) to lead digital marketing execution while supporting business operations and the Founder’s Day-to-day priorities. This fully remote role is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys combining digital marketing, CRM management, content creation, and operational support to drive business growth.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday; Flexible hours aligned with GMT business needs; 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Create graphics, marketing assets, and social media content while managing content calendars and publishing schedules
• Manage business social media accounts, increase audience engagement, and maintain brand consistency
• Support SEO initiatives, AI-assisted content creation, and marketing optimization
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns, performance tracking, and reporting
• Manage CRM systems, customer records, and workflows using HubSpot, Shopify, Trello, Google Workspace, and related platforms
• Provide administrative and operational support to the founder, ensuring projects, communications, and priorities remain on track

Requirements

Must-Have

• Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or social media management with B2B marketing experience
• Experience supporting founders or startup teams while managing business communications and operational workflows
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Shopify, Google Workspace, Trello, or similar business platforms
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphics, and image or video content
• Experience managing content calendars, SEO initiatives, social media strategies, and paid advertising campaigns
• Confidence using AI tools to improve marketing, content creation, and productivity
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce or consumer product brands
• LinkedIn growth and social media strategy experience
• Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, or workflow optimization
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
