Job Role Summary/Overview

In this dynamic, part-time role, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing our digital and ecommerce strategies. You will work hands-on across email marketing, Shopify merchandising, SEO, analytics, and social media, helping to maintain our brand’s premium feel online.
Job Highlights
- Hourly Rate: USD 8.80, the equivalent in your local currency
- Paid Hours per Week: 20 (with possibility of more hours during peak season)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Kunda Park, QLD, Australia time
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
Email & Social Media Marketing
- Design, build, and schedule high-converting branded emails in Klaviyo
- Manage campaign automations, A/B tests, and performance reporting
- Schedule and manage content across social media platforms
- Tag and update shoppable product links on Instagram and other channels
- Coordinate influencer orders and track engagement
Ecommerce & Product Content Management
- Maintain and update product listings on Shopify (pricing, collections, seasonal edits)
- Upload and edit product imagery, swatches, ghost images, and videos
- Write and update compelling product descriptions and tags
- Oversee navigation, theme updates, and Shopify merchandising
- Regularly archive outdated or inactive products and collections
Analytics & Reporting
- Generate weekly sales performance reports and returns audits
- Contribute to monthly reporting and campaign performance reviews
- Support SEO initiatives: metadata updates, backlink building, content edits
- Conduct competitor analysis and trend tracking
Digital Asset & ERP Integration
- Sync Indigo8 ERP updates with Shopify (pricing, inventory, product data)
- Manage product feed tools (Flexify, Multifeed) for multi-channel syncing
- Organize and maintain seasonal digital asset libraries
- Ensure consistent formatting and upload of brand materials
UX, CRO & SEO Optimisation
- Monitor ad and landing page performance for conversion improvements
- Execute technical SEO fixes, sitemap and crawl error resolutions
- Support testing and updates for product discovery tools and fit quizzes
Other Duties
- Update and manage the website’s stockist map
- Assist with seasonal style guides and wholesale presentation assets
Requirements
- 4+ years of digital marketing or ecommerce experience (fashion or premium consumer brand experience preferred)
- Must share a strong portfolio
- Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics
- Strong visual/design sensibility aligned with a luxury/fashion aesthetic
- Solid understanding of ecommerce best practices, SEO, and email marketing
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of Shopify metafields, custom themes, and app integrations
- Familiarity with ecommerce growth strategies and CRO tools
