Job Role Summary/Overview
This senior-level remote role suits someone who enjoys both leading and doing. You’ll oversee an existing admin team member who’s reliable but will benefit from more structured support. You’ll also manage paid media campaigns, liaise with clients, and create polished marketing content using tools like Canva (and basic video editing if possible).
The right person will have excellent attention to detail, be proactive in solving problems, and have strong communication and organisational skills. Training on the disability sector will be provided.
Job Highlights
- Hourly Rate: USD 8, the equivalent in your local currency
- Paid Hours per Week: 40 Hours
- Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Australia (AEST)
- Work Arrangement: Work from home

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
Team Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Organize and prioritize the tasks of our existing admin support
- Review completed work to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to guidelines
- Offer feedback, guidance, and mentoring to support skill development
Client Communication & Support
- Communicate directly with clients to handle light technical support queries
- Maintain a proactive and responsive client communication style
Marketing Execution
- Design fresh Canva templates that align with client branding (not just edits)
- Lead and support the execution of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more
- Collaborate with creatives and content producers to align visual and strategic direction
Campaign Strategy & Optimization
- Monitor campaign metrics and recommend performance improvements
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Stay up to date with trends, best practices, and new tools in the digital marketing space
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience running paid media campaigns across social platforms
- Strong familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Canva
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality execution
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and support others effectively
Highly-Regarded Skills:
- Experience with Notion for team/project management
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems
- Certifications in social media advertising or analytics
- Understanding of audience retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
- Creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset
