Job Role Summary/Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager with extensive experience executing digital marketing plans to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. In this role, you'll ensure our clients achieve their digital marketing goals and maintain trusted relationships with our contractors and clients. Also, you will work daily with the business owner, clients and contractors. The business owner will provide business guidance and training. However, you are expected to be very experienced with digital marketing software, executing marketing plans, reporting, and communicating with clients.
Job Highlights
- Hourly Rate: PHP 685
- Paid Hours per Week: 25 hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM | Melbourne, VIC, Australia, AEDT
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate seamlessly with our offshore team to deliver high quality SEO, Google Ads, Meta ads, website management, CRM setup Go High Level, email nurturing campaigns, graphic design projects and social media services.
- Provide hands-on support for clients during the onboarding process and ongoing fulfilment of the services we provide for them.
- Collaborate closely with the agency owner to gain a deep understanding of each client's business goals and the specific services the agency offers to meet these objectives.
- Anticipate client issues and address them rapidly and effectively, leveraging the collective expertise of agency teams.
- Report weekly to clients by extracting data and giving a summary on the performance.
- Creating and collecting content ideas for our business focusing on proof of performance content.
- Serve as the key liaison for clients, collaborating closely with the agency owner and fulfilment team to design and execute effective strategies for customer retention.
- Review work created by the fulfilment team before giving it to the client.
- Collect, review and analyze monthly reports and recommend changes if required.
Requirements
- Bachelor qualification level in the Marketing field or similar is a must.
- At least 3 years experience in a digital marketing role where you were coordinating client projects.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and various online platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
