Job Role Summary/Overview
You’ll be the central hub that keeps high-impact projects running smoothly for industry-leading clients. This role puts you at the intersection of client success and team coordination, where your organizational skills directly impact the delivery of courses and marketing campaigns that transform businesses. You’ll work closely with founders and core team members, gaining exposure to premium client relationships while developing your project management expertise in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Job Highlights
- Hourly Rate: USD 6, the equivalent in your local currency
- Paid Hours per Week: 20 Hours
- Schedule: Queensland business hours (8 am-6 pm) with 1-3 hours flexibility
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee client communications and maintain regular project updates
- Monitor team KPIs and ensure all project deadlines are met
- Structure project briefs and facilitate clear team communications
- Conduct quality control reviews of all deliverables, including videos and marketing materials
- Coordinate workflows between different team members and departments
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Ensure seamless delivery of course creation and marketing projects
Requirements
- Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience with project management workflows and team coordination
- Ability to work Queensland business hours (8 am-6 pm) with 1-3 hours of flexibility
- Cultural fit mindset with collaborative team environments
- Bonus if you have experience with Slack, WhatsApp, Go High Level, and Notion
- It helps if you have a background in digital marketing or the online education industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
