About the Role
We are a high-volume event entertainment company (~800+ events/year, $1.8M revenue) seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to take ownership of our marketing engine.
You will work closely with Sales to translate revenue targets into campaigns, and manage a small team of VAs (SEO + Social Media/Email) to execute. Your job is to make sure marketing is generating leads, supporting sales goals, and reporting results clearly each week.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Alignment
- Meet regularly with sales team to align bookings goals with campaigns.
- Set monthly lead targets based on sales quotas.
Campaign Management
- Plan and coordinate campaigns (casino tables, holiday bookings, corporate activations).
- Oversee SEO, email, and social pushes tied to sales pipeline gaps.
- Create simple campaign calendars with weekly deliverables.
Team Management
- Direct SEO VA (keywords, backlinks, rankings).
- Direct Social/Email VA (Instagram/TikTok reels, email blasts, list management).
- Assign, track, and QA their work inside Asana.
Reporting
Maintain a marketing scorecard:
- Inbound leads generated per week/month.
- Cost per lead.
- Reel output (2–3 per week).
- Email open + click-through rates.
Present results in weekly leadership meeting.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing operations/project management.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools, CRMs, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong AI usage experience
- Strong Asana (or similar PM tool) experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal).
- Proven experience managing other VAs/team members
- Data-driven mindset: talks in terms of leads, bookings, and ROI.
KPIs (90-Day Targets)
- Lead a full rebuild of our marketing technology stack to create a more streamlined, data-driven, and scalable operation
- Launch 2 marketing campaigns aligned to sales goals.
- SEO recovery: restore rankings on top 10 keywords.
- Maintain 2–3 reels/week consistently.
- Build and execute 1 automated email nurture sequence.
- Deliver weekly marketing scorecard showing leads, content output, and ROI.
Nice to Have
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with the EOS/Traction model.
- Graphic design or copywriting ability (not required, but a plus).
