We're on the lookout for a Marketing Manager with the agility, experience, and creativity to lead client marketing initiatives in the ever-evolving startup landscape. In this role, you'll manage a diverse range of software clients—from AI-driven platforms to SaaS innovators—crafting tailored marketing strategies that move the needle.

Job Highlights
Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 12.0 per hour in the applicant’s local currency
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 5PM (PST)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each tech startup client’s unique needs and goals
- Develop and manage both organic and paid marketing strategies to maximize user acquisition and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts
- Collaborate closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their software platforms and target audiences
- Create innovative user acquisition strategies that drive sustainable growth for client platforms
- Adapt marketing approaches on the fly to meet the diverse and evolving needs of various tech startups
- Generate regular reports and strategic recommendations to continually improve marketing effectiveness
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging marketing trends and technologies in the tech startup ecosystem
Requirements
- 4+ years of digital marketing management with with a strong focus on the tech or startup sector
- Deep understanding of both organic and paid marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with clients, team members, and stakeholders across different time zones
- Adaptable mindset and quick learning ability, essential for understanding and marketing various software platforms
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills, able to thrive in a remote work environment
- Passion for the startup ecosystem and a drive to contribute to the growth of innovative tech companies
- Flexibility to align work schedule with US Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
