- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern (King City, ON) with an hour unpaid break
Scope
- Remote position
- Direct reporting to company founder
- Managing tasks across multiple brands and projects
- Supporting both publishing and personal brand initiatives
- Handling concurrent author projects and marketing campaigns
Responsibilities
- Manage email communications with clients and authors
- Handle administrative tasks across two companies
- Maintain basic WordPress website functionality (No coding involved)
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Support individual book project management and promotion
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives
- Manage AI tools including ChatGPT for communication
- Support content management and community engagement
- Handle basic website updates and maintenance
- Assist with meta advertising and Google advertising campaigns
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with digital marketing and social media management
- Proficiency with Canva and basic website maintenance
- Comfort with AI tools and automation
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Previous executive assistant experience
- Ability to work independently
- Professional communication style
- Time zone compatibility with North America
