The Marketing Coordinator will execute brand-driven marketing activities spanning digital, print, and event channels. This role will support the creation of sales and marketing collateral, website management, and the coordination of targeted hotel chain marketing projects. The successful candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn the specifics of hospitality marketing.
Job Highlights
- Hourly Rate: The equivalent of 8.0 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Alberta Time

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the Eden Textile website (Adobe Commerce platform preferred)
- Create sales sheets, marketing collateral, and small advertisements (digital/print)
- Design and update product catalogs, ensuring proper version control and asset storage
- Write engaging product descriptions and marketing copy, tailored for different channels and customer profiles
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for hotel chain programs and unique product launches
- Support and execute email marketing (Klaviyo); maintain and update communication templates
- Collaborate with designers, freelancers, and internal sales teams to ensure assets align with brand guidelines
- Maintain consistent messaging across website, social media, and email
- Assist with tradeshow and event asset preparation
- Adhere to project timelines using Monday.com for task management
Requirements
Core Skills & Requirements:
- Graphic design skills (Canva required; InDesign/Adobe Creative Suite is an asset)
- Strong English communication skills, especially in copywriting and digital content
- Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo is a plus; training available)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable navigating marketing principles and brand standards
Marketing Coordinator Role Description:
- Ability to work independently and coordinate closely with the marketing team
- Familiarity with website CMS (Adobe Commerce experience is an asset)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
