About the Role
We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-moving client in search of a Marketing Automation & Performance Manager — someone who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, automation engineering, and AI tools.
This role is embedded in the marketing team but heavily focused on backend processes, multi-step automations, CRM workflows, and lead-gen optimization. You’ll architect, build, and refine systems that power high-volume campaigns across email, SMS, chat, and web — with a deep focus on tech-enabled scale and conversion performance using the tools such as NBN, Make.com as the mainstream automation tools used.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a technically capable marketer who knows how to wield modern tools to drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize complex automation workflows across CRM, email, SMS, chat, and AI tools.
- Lead integrations across platforms like ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and custom APIs/webhooks.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Phonely.ai, Gumloop) to improve campaign efficiency, personalization, and scale.
- Set up attribution tracking, reporting pipelines, and performance dashboards using GA4, Supermetrics, Looker Studio, etc.
- Design and manage chatbot and SMS automations, integrating seamlessly into broader funnel strategies.
- Parse, clean, and move lead data across systems to reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities that reduce manual work and boost ROI.
- Stay ahead of emerging tools, AI advancements, and best practices to keep marketing ops sharp and future-ready.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing with a strong focus on automation and tech stack integration.
- Hands-on expertise with CRMs such as ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, and HubSpot.
- Deep experience using AI marketing tools (e.g., NBN, Make.com, ChatGPT, Phonely.ai, Gumloop) to drive personalization and automation.
- Strong track record in conversion-driven campaigns (email, SMS, chatbots) and data-led funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with attribution tools and marketing analytics platforms such as GA4, Supermetrics, Looker Studio.
- Solid grasp of lead-gen performance levers — including automation triggers, data capture, enrichment, and routing.
- Bonus: Background in high-volume lead-gen industries such as real estate, telecom, or SaaS.
