Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 5.1 per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours/week

Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM Salt Lake, UT Time schedule

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

Manage and update the company website using Elementor and WordPress
Handle backend operations on the CRM system
Develop and implement email marketing strategies
Assist in the hiring process by filtering candidates for various positions
Provide customer support via email
Maintain and update various business platforms as needed
Manage basic social media presence
Organize and schedule patient-provider connections
Initiate process improvements and recommend innovative ideas

Requirements

Proficiency in WordPress and familiarity with website builders like Elementor
Experience with email marketing and CRM systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills for customer support and internal collaboration
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
Basic understanding of social media management
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and suggest improvements
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy regulations in the healthcare sector
