Job Highlights
Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 6.5 per hour in the applicant’s local currency
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday - Flexible hours, but dedicated availability needed 8am-10am Arizona time
Client Timezone: Mountain Time (Scottsdale, AZ)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching property marketing materials using Canva for various stages (Coming Soon, Just Listed, Under Contract, Price Reductions, Just Sold)
- Orchestrate comprehensive direct mail campaigns, coordinating with print vendors and managing distribution
- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to showcase properties and maintain brand presence
- Develop and distribute monthly digital newsletters to keep clients informed and engaged
- Craft personalized print newsletters featuring local insights and property updates
- Manage email marketing campaigns through MailChimp, ensuring optimal engagement
- Coordinate marketing timelines for new property listings from pre-launch through sale
- Track and maintain marketing materials inventory and campaign schedules
- Support general marketing administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Marketing degree or equivalent practical experience in property marketing
- Expert-level proficiency with Canva and similar design tools
- Demonstrated experience with MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms
- Strong portfolio showing social media content creation and management (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality
- Experience in real estate or property marketing preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Availability during U.S. Mountain Time business hours
