Graphic Designer - CHILI publish

Overview

Join our team as a Graphic Designer, where you will bridge the gap between creative design and automated production. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional skilled in CHILI publish and Adobe Creative Suite who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week/8 hours a day)
• Client time zone: US Eastern Time (Marietta, GA)

Responsibilities

• Customize and maintain marketing collateral—including postcards, trade show materials, and promotional assets—using CHILI publish smart templates.
• Ensure all customizations strictly adhere to brand guidelines, project deadlines, and management specifications.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials, proposals, and printed assets to maintain grammatical integrity and brand alignment.
• Provide regular updates to marketing consultants on campaign progress and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Organize and maintain the marketing materials library, ensuring all files are up-to-date and stored logically for easy access.
• Assist with the production of trade show materials and support the Graphics Supervisor with specific production design tasks.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously without compromising quality or consistency.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of CHILI publish. You should be comfortable working with smart templates, variables, and automated document generation.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (for template preparation and base layouts).
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation and image editing.
• APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED. Please highlight your experience with templated design or automated production.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on production or direct mail advertising.
• Familiarity with proofreading and editing processes to ensure error-free print assets.
