We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our online presence and marketing strategy. Job Highlights
- Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $7.5 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency
- Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central – Remote
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage daily social media content across platforms
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Develop and execute Meta advertising strategies for Facebook and Instagram
- Create and manage monthly/bi-monthly email marketing campaigns
- Design and coordinate EDDM marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement seasonal promotional campaigns
- Create and manage promo codes
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance
- Coordinate with business owners on marketing strategy
- Direct reporting to business owners
- Management of all digital marketing channels
- Coverage of three market areas (Houston, Austin, San Antonio)
- Ongoing role with long-term commitment
- Both daily operations and strategic campaign management
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Strong social media management capabilities
- Email marketing campaign experience
- Direct mail marketing knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent work ethic with strong communication abilities
- Marketing analytics and reporting experience
- Graphic design skills for marketing materials
- Available to work in Central Time Zone
