• E-commerce Performance: Oversee performance across multiple sales channels, ensuring consistency and growth, especially on major marketplaces.
• International Expansion: Develop and execute strategies for international market penetration, expanding the brand’s reach across Europe.
• Magento Management: Manage and optimize the Magento e-commerce platform for seamless user experiences and high performance.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics platforms to extract insights, interpret data, and make informed recommendations to optimize digital strategies.
• Agile Execution: Lead sprint planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of digital initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of e-commerce management, with a proven track record in driving digital growth and optimization.
• Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of the Magento platform, with hands-on experience in optimization and management.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data to guide decision-making.
• Agency Management: Experience in managing relationships with multiple agencies, ensuring alignment and achieving business goals.
• A/B Testing: Proficiency in running and analyzing A/B tests, with a focus on conversion optimization.
• Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with major e-commerce tools (Klaviyo, analytics platforms, and other marketing tools).
