We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in funnel creation and optimization, lead generation, and conversion-focused marketing systems.

Job Highlights
Schedule: Monday to Friday flexible between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Brisbane Time, 4hrs per day

Responsibilities
Funnel Strategy & Execution
- Design, build, and optimize marketing and sales funnels for lead capture, nurturing, and conversion
- Create high-converting landing pages, opt-ins, sales pages, and lead magnets using modern funnel and page-building tools
- Implement and manage A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
- Structure funnels to improve user journey, engagement, and conversion rates
Campaign & Traffic Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid ads, email, and social media
- Manage and optimize paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) aligned with funnel performance
- Ensure accurate tracking of traffic sources, attribution, and funnel performance
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights
Email & Marketing Automation
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
- Integrate funnels with email and CRM platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- Segment audiences and personalise messaging to improve engagement and conversions
- Develop nurture sequences that guide leads through the funnel effectively
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor funnel performance including conversion rates, CPL, ROI, and drop-off points
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and platform-native reporting tools) to optimise performance
- Deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign and funnel performance
- Identify opportunities for growth through data-driven insights
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with content, design, and leadership teams to execute campaigns
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all funnel stages
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple marketing projects
- Support ongoing optimisation of marketing systems and campaigns
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience building and optimizing conversion-focused funnels
- Strong experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation tools
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and user journey mapping
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with funnel or landing page builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Kajabi)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Basic copywriting skills for landing pages and ads
- Experience in digital products, coaching, SaaS, or service-based businesses
