Overview

We are seeking a mature, heart-centered Technical Marketing & Sales Expert to serve as a key operational partner in our purpose-driven coaching and education business. This role is designed for a resourceful self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and at least 5 years of experience who is eager to grow alongside the founder for years to come.

Rate:

  • Equivalent of USD 1600/month in the applicant's local currency

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week - Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time (with one 60-minute unpaid break).

Responsibilities

  • "OWN" the daily tech, automations, funnels, customer support, sales emails and messages.
  • Design, build, and optimize comprehensive sales funnels within Kajabi, from landing pages and lead magnets to offers, upsells, and checkouts.
  • Manage the end-to-end technical setup and launch of new digital products, online courses, and coaching programs on the Kajabi platform.
  • Monitor and analyze funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Act as the primary owner and expert for the tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of Kajabi, Asana, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Produce necessary marketing and course assets using tools like Canva (graphics) and Google Slides (presentations, webinar materials).
  • Perform basic video editing for course materials, sales videos, or promotional content.
  • Leverage AI prompting skills to enhance efficiency in content creation and strategic planning.
  • Utilize Asana or Notion to manage projects with precision, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales funnels, product launches, and operational efficiency.
  • Responsiveness: Respond to texts and communications in a timely manner during working hours.
  • Maintain strong, clear, and effective communication regarding project status, results, and potential roadblocks.
  • Manage administrative tasks for clients and assist with customer service/support inquiries to ensure a smooth client experience.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Strong preference for those who have worked directly with coaches, consultants, trainers, or educators.
  • Kajabi Expert: Must have expert-level Kajabi skills, particularly in managing offers and automations, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • SEO Skills: Must have strong SEO skills with a proven track record and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Sales Experience: NICE TO HAVE. If you lack sales experience, that's okay. We might even add a small commission from sales if you have sales experience.
  • Meta Ads: Must have extensive experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Tech Stack Fluency: Asana, Notion, Canva, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive.
  • Proficient in basic video editing.
  • Skilled in effective AI prompting.

  • At least 300 MBPS internet speed.

Scope

  • Daily Protocol: Must text the founder at the start and end of every shift.
  • Flexibility & Capacity: Must have the emotional capacity to handle exceptional cases (such as launch campaigns) that require working extra hours one day and fewer hours the next, managing a balanced 40-hour week.
  • Notice Period: We require a strict minimum 30-day heads-up notice for any contract termination.
  • Unique Professional Development Benefit: In addition to your regular hours, you will be required to attend the founder's cohorts for 3 hours per week. This is a precious opportunity for personal and professional growth, providing you with complimentary access to a program valued at $10,000.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
