Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $6.0 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm MST with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Design custom apparel including tank tops, hoodies, t-shirts, and other clothing items for college fraternities and sororities
• Create designs that appeal specifically to college-aged demographics (18-22 year olds)
• Work with specific design requirements and branding guidelines provided by college organizations
• Collaborate on design concepts that align with fraternity and sorority identity and culture
• Ensure designs are optimized for production and manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
• Candidates experienced in apparel or clothing designs will be prioritized
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other professional design software
• Understanding of design trends that appeal to college-aged demographics
