Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Experiment with and evaluate new AI technologies and techniques to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including e-commerce websites, social media, and marketing materials.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices, with a focus on AI-assisted design.
• Proactively identify areas for automation and optimization within the design workflow.
• Present and articulate design concepts and AI-driven strategies to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI tools and automation in design workflows.
• A passion for exploring and implementing new technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred: Experience in the consumer goods industry, particularly within an e-commerce environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with various AI design tools and platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Sensei features, etc.)
• Experience with automation scripting or programming (e.g., Python).
• Knowledge of e-commerce design best practices.
