Now, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration and Junior Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and product launches. If you’re passionate about wellness, love organizing tasks, and have an eye for good design, this might be your dream role.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $8.89 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours/week

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Create and format professional PDF materials using Canva, incorporating brand guidelines and design templates
• Build and schedule strategic email marketing campaigns in MailChimp using established frameworks
• Support lead magnet creation and implementation to drive customer acquisition
• Assist with funnel setup and optimization for digital product launches
• Manage social media content scheduling and engagement
• Handle payment processing system setup and maintenance
• Utilize AI tools effectively while maintaining authentic brand voice
• Execute content transfers and formatting across various platforms
• Participate in periodic strategy calls with management
• Follow and complete tasks from organized project management systems

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing support or administrative roles
• Strong proficiency in Canva and basic design tools
• Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms, particularly MailChimp
• Comfort with AI tools and ability to maintain human touch in content
• Excellence in written English communication
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Self-motivated with strong independent work ethic
• Flexibility to attend periodic meetings during U.S. Mountain Time business hours
• Experience in or passion for fitness/wellness industry a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms
