As a Growth Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's product and content strategy to increase organic traffic and align with business objectives. You will lead and mentor a team of content creators, leveraging your expertise in SEO, content marketing, and user experience to create and optimize high-quality content. Identify, prioritize, and manage strategic initiatives to enhance product revenue and market share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and business priorities.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Manage and mentor a team of content creators, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Set direction and establish clear goals for the SEO and content team.
Content Optimization & User Experience
Conduct ongoing keyword and topic research to identify opportunities for creating and optimizing content.
Ensure all content efforts prioritize user experience, considering design, tone, style, and usability.
Utilize user research and testing methods to ensure content meets audience needs and expectations.
Performance Analysis & Market Insights
Analyze and track content performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine strategies.
Leverage insights to inform long-term content plans and improve content ROI.
Strategic Execution
Lead key projects or workstreams related to the company’s growth and product strategy.
