Role in a Nutshell

As a Growth Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy to increase Marketing Pipe and align with business objectives. You will mentor a team of content strategists, technical marketers, leveraging your expertise in Problem Solving, Communication, and Leadership to drive business metrics.

What will you do

Strategy Development & Implementation

● Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with business goals to drive marketing pipe.

● Identify, prioritize, and manage strategic initiatives to enhance product revenue and market share.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and business priorities.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

● Manage and mentor a team of content strategists, technical marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

● Set direction and establish clear goals for the Digital Marketing Team.

Performance Analysis & Market Insights

● Analyze and track marketing performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine strategies.

● Leverage insights to inform long-term content plans and improve content ROI.

Strategic Execution

● Lead key projects or work streams related to the company's growth and product strategy.

● Take ownership of strategic initiatives, driving them from conceptualisation to execution and outcome assessment.
