Data Scientist – Attribution Modelling

- Rate: €110 per hour (excluding VAT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to generate insights, develop strategies, and guide decision-making through the application of data science and machine learning. You'll be responsible for transforming large datasets into practical insights, solving complex data problems, and effectively communicating findings to drive business actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform complex datasets into actionable insights, prioritizing impactful business problems.
- Use statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and machine learning to solve data problems.
- Source and organize data, preparing it for analysis and ensuring its quality and usability.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in data science or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in machine learning, neural networks, causal inference, statistics, and experimentation.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, Spark, Git, and Airflow.
- Strong understanding of data management, pipelines, and workflows.
- Experience with attribution modelling is a plus.
- Background in solving real-world problems with data mining and statistical rigor.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and conflicting viewpoints while ensuring impactful outcomes.
- Experience in digital/product and/or marketplace organizations is a plus.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities to convey complex findings effectively.
Education:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Bioinformatics.
