Position Summary
We’re looking for an SEO & Content Marketing Specialist to lead our AI-driven content strategy, technical SEO, and conversion optimization efforts. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing high-impact content across multiple platforms while ensuring alignment with SEO, CRO, and paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Advanced SEO & Technical Optimization
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes for issues related to site structure, page speed, indexing, schema markup, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Optimize internal linking structures, structured data, and on-page elements (meta tags, headings, alt text, etc.).
- Monitor and enhance site performance, ensuring compliance with the latest Google algorithm updates and AI-driven search trends.
- Develop and execute an advanced keyword strategy, leveraging apps like SEMrush, MarketMuse, and Frase.io for AI-assisted optimization.
- Translate AI-generated analytics into actionable strategies for increasing engagement and reducing friction in the conversion funnel.
2. AI-Driven Content Strategy & Development
- Own the content management and development process, ensuring all website, blog, and marketing content aligns with SEO, brand messaging, and audience intent.
- Utilize AI-powered tools (MarketMuse, Jasper, ChatGPT, Frase.io) to generate and refine high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- Oversee content calendars, blog strategy, and pillar/cluster content models to drive organic traffic and engagement.
- Develop and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and interactive content that convert visitors into leads.
- Ensure all content is data-driven, integrating AI-powered insights from Google Analytics 4, HubSpot Analytics, and Salesforce Einstein.
Who are you
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, and CRO - you are an SEO specialist
- Strong technical SEO skills, including experience with site audits, structured data, page speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals
- Demonstrated experience with AI-driven content creation, optimization, and personalization
- Hands-on, demonstrable, advanced experience with:
- SEO & Content Tools: SEMRush, MarketMuse, Jasper, Frase.io
- Analytics & CRO: Google Analytics 4, HubSpot Analytics, Hotjar, Google Optimize
- Marketing Automation: HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, ChatGPT
- Experience with WordPress, CMS platforms, and on-page SEO best practices
- Strong ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to maximize performance
