UX Designer (specializing in Commercial Real Estate)

We’re looking for a UX Designer with deep experience in commercial real estate and hands-on design work within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
This person will play a key role in simplifying and elevating our CRM experience for sales professionals — helping brokers quickly identify opportunities, understand pricing and property trends, and make smarter, data-driven decisions that turn cold calls into warm conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX and front-end design efforts focused on improving the CRM experience for commercial real estate sales teams.
- Work closely with brokers, product managers, and Salesforce teams to understand pain points and streamline daily workflows.
- Design intuitive dashboards, page layouts, and flows that surface insights like property activity, pricing trends, and prospect intelligence.
- Translate complex real estate and client data into clean, usable interfaces that make CRM adoption effortless.
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins/developers to implement designs using the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) or equivalent frameworks.
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback to continually improve the sales experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience in B2B or enterprise environments.
- Strong background in Commercial Real Estate, PropTech, or related industries (brokerage, asset management, or CRE SaaS platforms).
- Proven experience designing within Salesforce or another enterprise CRM system (Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Familiarity with front-end configuration in Salesforce (Lightning pages, dashboards, flows, page layouts).
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or similar design tools for prototyping and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of CRE sales workflows (deal pipelines, lease tracking, property comps, and client management).
- Experience designing with data visualization tools (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of how to balance usability, data insights, and business goals within CRM systems.
