Job Qualifications
Requirements:
Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development (or product) lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency
Portfolio demonstrating expertise and skill in creating user centric experiences
3+ years’ experience in user experience design, interaction design, user interface design, information architecture, content strategy, or similar roles.
1+ years’ experience incorporating user feedback in the design process (user research, NPS, focus groups, user data, etc.).
1+ years of experience working with and presenting to cross functional stakeholders such as Software Development, Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.
Experience with the software development process
Experience with design and prototyping tools such as: Figma, Sketch, Miro and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferences:
Bachelor’s Degree in human centered design, design, or related field
Experience with Agile software development
Experience using metrics and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) in order to identify improvements
