Overview
Join a high-impact engineering team driving a multi-year modernization initiative for a large-scale platform within a healthcare technology organization. This role is part of a critical effort to modernize legacy systems into a cloud-native architecture while developing new platform functionalities for eligibility, referrals, and claims processing workflows. We’re looking for mid-senior level full-stack engineers with strong experience in .NET, API development, Angular, Azure Cloud, and Azure DevOps (ADO) within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Modernize legacy applications into scalable, cloud-native services.
- Contribute to new platform functionalities including Claims Views, Eligibility Views, Referrals, and Reconsideration Processes.
- Own feature development across the stack: UI, APIs, services, and database layers.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with Product, BA, and QA teams to refine features and execute sprints.
- Drive operational excellence through DevOps, CI/CD, testing automation, and monitoring.
- Assist with application containerization and Kubernetes-based deployment strategies.
- Support Azure infrastructure components including Service Bus, Blobs, Functions, Key Vault, and Entra ID.
- Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices across the SDLC.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack .NET development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise with API integrations and backend service connectivity.
- Front-end development with Angular and modern TypeScript libraries.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Proficient in building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO), including Docker builds, database migrations, and test automation (unit, integration, and end-to-end)
- Experience deploying containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with Git and common branching/version control strategies.
- Healthcare industry experience, especially within claims systems
- Experience with Facets batch jobs and extensions (preferred, not required).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
