We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic product team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful digital solutions within the health services space, supporting the mission of improving healthcare experiences for key populations.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms. You will work independently and collaboratively to apply user-centered research and design principles throughout the product development lifecycle—from initial concept through execution and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design efforts across multiple platforms and products.
Conduct and incorporate user research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
Develop design templates, patterns, and standards that promote consistency and usability.
Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centered practices throughout the organization.
Mentor junior designers and guide project teams in delivering high-quality user experiences.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver cohesive solutions.
Communicate design solutions effectively through presentations, prototypes, and documentation.
Identify areas of improvement in existing products and recommend solutions informed by data and user insights.
Ensure designs align with business goals and support overall product strategy.
Support agile development teams with continuous design iteration and feedback.
Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Portfolio showcasing cross-channel user experience design, with strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and data-driven design.
5+ years of experience in UX design, UI design, interaction design, information architecture, or similar fields.
3+ years of experience incorporating user feedback via research, NPS, focus groups, or user data into the design process.
3+ years of experience presenting design solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
1–2 years of experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI) to drive design decisions.
1–2 years in a senior or lead design role.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience designing for diverse user groups, including users with varying abilities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows.

Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Centered Design, Design, or a related field.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
