Headquartered in the United States and operating globally, the team includes 250+ engineers and data scientists from top CS and engineering programs, working remotely across Istanbul, Philadelphia, Amsterdam, Dubai, and beyond.

About the Role

As a Data Scientist, you will lead implementation tasks as part of the project team, act as a client interface, and contribute to requirements gathering, data analysis, onboarding, and presenting findings. You'll also support the design and development of algorithm-driven products and solutions, working closely with project and product teams.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• BSc / MSc in machine learning, deep learning, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity; strong planning abilities
• Solid foundation in Mathematical Modeling, Operations Research, and Statistics
• Experience with Python, R, GAMS, and SQL is a big plus
• Experience with optimization packages is a big plus
• Ability to learn and apply new tools quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Team-oriented mindset
• For male candidates: no military obligation or a deferral for at least 2 years

Preferred

• Familiarity with PySpark, Airflow, Tableau
• Experience with software implementation
• Experience leading small teams (2–3 people)
