About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React to design, develop, and deliver modern, scalable applications. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle—from concept to deployment—contributing to both backend services and front-end user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and maintainability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps processes as needed.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
- Ensure applications follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React (Hooks and functional components).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and JSON-based integrations.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
- Experience deploying applications to AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of OAuth2 and JWT-based authentication.
- Familiarity with BPM Tools knowledge (e.g. Camunda)
