- Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets.
- Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Pitching products and/or services to Consultants, Architects, Key Accounts, Government departments
- Prepare and submit technical specification, method statement, drawings, etc. Responsible to lead the specification activities in the defined region for the projects which are being worked upon. To ensure that specification covers complete range products and are incorporated as approved makes in the tender at the design stage
- Assist with coordinating and writing tenders, with particular focus on large strategic tenders and those with key partners
- Supporting the project team for technical discussions and conducting Architects and Engineers meet presentations and pitches to prospective clients
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Updating all stakeholders about new strategic & product developments
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing inquiries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Undertake reviews of on-going tenders, tender success, and tender failures. Follow up on tender success and failures with clients and communicate reasons to the management group.
- Breaking the competitors’ specifications for projects on ground and get the approvals for our company products
