Senior UX/UI Designer

Senior UX/UI Designer (Freelance, 2-3 Month Contract) - Berlin - Up to €500 a day

We are looking for a senior-level UX/UI designer to join our team on a 2-3 month full-time contract in Berlin (or nearby). Working with our client, a global leader in payment solutions, specialising in employee benefits, rewards, and expense management. This role requires close collaboration with our team, including in-person meetings, to ensure efficiency and alignment on design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality UX and UI designs with a fast-thinking, independent approach.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that align with business and user needs.
• Gather input quickly and translate it into effective, user-friendly design solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts through an iterative process.

Requirements:

• Strong UX & UI skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality designs.
• Proven experience in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Ability to quickly synthesize feedback and iterate on designs efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team-based projects.
• German language skills are a plus, but not required.
