ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a lifecycle marketing manager who can do more than manage a few email flows. We're building toward a leaner, AI-augmented marketing team, and this hire needs to be someone who can grow with that.
The role is broader than a typical lifecycle role. Think lifecycle strategy, campaign development, marketing ops, and audience intelligence — with AI as a core part of how you work, not an afterthought.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Design and run lifecycle programs across the full customer journey: onboarding, activation, retention, and winback
- Own our HubSpot instance as it relates to marketing — workflows, segmentation, product data integration, and reporting
- Use Clay to build and enrich audience segments for smarter targeting
- Work closely with the rest of the marketing team on campaign development
- Monitor and improve email deliverability on an ongoing basis
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools to automate, personalize at scale, and move faster
- Report on what's working and what isn't — with actual numbers
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in lifecycle, retention, or marketing ops at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep HubSpot expertise — you should be able to build complex workflows without a tutorial
- Hands-on experience with Clay or comparable enrichment and automation tooling
- AI-native: you already use AI tools in your day-to-day work and can speak specifically to how
- Strong instincts on B2B customer journeys, PQLs, and usage-based growth models
- You can write a decent email — you don't need to be a copywriter, but you shouldn't need one for every send
- Comfortable owning work independently without a lot of hand-holding
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience managing or scaling a lifecycle program from early-stage to mature
- Familiarity with deliverability tools like MX Toolbox, Postmaster Tools, or similar
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client makes it easier for creators to find the music they need. We license high-quality music and sound effects to filmmakers, agencies, and brands — and we're growing the team to match where we're headed.
They're remote, operationally lean, and genuinely open to how AI changes the way marketing works. If you want to build something real without a lot of bureaucracy, this is a good fit.
