About the Role
Brisk It Grills is redefining outdoor cooking with smart, AI-powered technology that
brings precision, simplicity, and flair to grilling. We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-
starting Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive the strategy and execution of
performance-driven marketing initiatives across channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in
customer acquisition, sales enablement, and brand growth—building campaigns that
convert, scale, and resonate.
This role demands someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is deeply
analytical yet creatively curious, and has a relentless drive to win.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Full-Funnel Campaigns: Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of digital and omnichannel campaigns that drive profitable growth, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Channel & Retail Marketing: Lead marketing activations across key retail partners (Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, Shopify) including online merchandising, PLR input, and co-branded initiatives.
- Paid Media Management: Execute and optimize campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, and retailer platforms to drive conversions and awareness.
- Sales & Brand Enablement: Develop high-impact marketing assets and support initiatives that boost channel partner engagement and fuel demand generation.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with our design team to develop compelling creative for social, PDPs, email, events, paid ads, and more.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Creative, Brand, eComm, Product and Sales teams to deliver cohesive and high-performing marketing efforts.
- Innovate & Iterate: Stay on top of DTC, retail, and channel marketing trends continuously testing and launching new tactics to improve ROI.
- Customer Lifecycle Support: Align campaigns with lifecycle stages—awareness, conversion, retention—while integrating customer insights and feedback.

What You Bring
- 5+ years in marketing, ideally in a DTC eCommerce or CPG environment
- 3+ years in growth or lifecycle marketing roles managing customer journeys, paid media, or channel strategies
- Proven experience with paid digital channels, CRM, and retail/partner marketing
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, or similar outbound platforms
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills for tracking performance and reporting KPIs
- Exceptional collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Start-up experience
Bonus if You Have
- Experience in home appliances, consumer tech, or BBQ/lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with Shopify and retailer portals (PLRs, PDP optimization, etc.)
- A network or knowledge of channel partner ecosystems

Target Salary Range: $85k-$100k
