Role Overview
As the Marketing Leader at Brillmark, you’ll own the end-to-end revenue pipeline—from building global brand awareness to closing deals for our services and emerging SaaS products (e.g., BoostBuddy). You’ll blend traditional digital marketing expertise with cutting-edge AI tools to drive demand, optimize conversions, and position Brillmark as the go-to choice for marketers seeking unparalleled CRO results in an AI-first world. This role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to lead cross-cultural teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-First Marketing Strategy: Develop and refine a global marketing strategy aligned with revenue, pipeline, and product-adoption goals, leveraging AI for predictive analytics, personalization, and attribution.
- Demand Generation: Own paid and organic channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content) and optimize them using AI-driven tools like predictive lead scoring, LLM-powered content creation, and synthetic audience testing.
- Full-Funnel Conversion: Design and optimize nurture workflows to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and opportunities, supporting both services and SaaS offerings.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with the CEO, Sales Lead, and Solutions Consultants to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), craft compelling value messaging, and develop data-driven forecasting and KPI dashboards.
- Product Storytelling: Lead launches for AI-powered products (e.g., chatbots, test-idea generators, analytics add-ons), translating technical innovations into customer-centric narratives, case studies, and thought leadership.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Drive A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and nurture sequences, using generative AI tools to accelerate creative iterations and boost performance.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a lean, global marketing team across Bangladesh, India, and the US West Coast, while managing agencies, freelancers, and MarTech/AI vendors to maximize ROI.
- Integrated Planning: Oversee the marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns, events, product launches, and partnership programs to ensure cohesive execution.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing (BBA/MBA), or Bachelor of Commerce.
- Exposure to Data Science and Data Analysis will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a SaaS company or within the software, IT, or service industry, with a strong focus on lead generation, marketing campaigns, digital advertising, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Demonstrated success in driving double-digit growth in both pipeline and revenue.
Must Have Requirements
- Digital Marketing Mastery: Expertise in core channels (SEO, PPC, social, email, events) and hands-on experience with AI/ML marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT/LLM workflows, predictive lead scoring, creative generation platforms).
- CRO Expertise: Deep understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and conversion funnels, with the ability to optimize full-funnel performance.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in data segmentation, dashboard creation (e.g., HubSpot, Looker, BigQuery), and presenting actionable insights to executives.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor cross-cultural teams, manage up to founders, and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a passion for experimenting with AI-driven marketing innovations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Certifications (Preferred): HubSpot Inbound, Google Analytics 4, Meta/Google Ads, Pragmatic Marketing, or AI-focused credentials (e.g., Coursera AI for Business, MIT AI for Business).
- Bonus: Experience marketing developer-adjacent services, MarTech, or growth-ops platforms.
Work Environment
- Location Flexibility: Remote-first with core collaboration hours overlapping US Pacific and South Asia time zones. Option to work from our Dhaka or Delhi hubs.
