Position: Product Owner (PO) (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

·        Define the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog based on ROI.

·        Write user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.

·        Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

·        Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, executives, marketing) to gather requirements.

·        Validate deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.

·        Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform decisions.

·        Balance technical feasibility with business objectives.

·        Mentor teams on Agile best practices

Job Requirements:

·        3+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.

·        Strong expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

·        Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively.

·        Experience in MVP development and iterative product delivery.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).

·        Fluent in English and Romanian

·        Based in Moldova (Mandatory)

Nice-to-Have:

·        Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
