Digital Marketing Specialist - What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our digital team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can use the tools and training available to bring successful outcomes to our clients.
You’ll be responsible for creating ad copy and optimizing landing pages for campaigns using our framework, developing emails for email marketing programs, and curating audiences based on thorough understand of clients goals while communicating with internal teams to run testing on those services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the message validation process to develop landing pages designed to convert at 15% or higher.
- Conduct in-depth research into each client’s business, target audience, and competitive landscape to guide messaging strategy.
- Collaborate with clients to refine offers, positioning, and brand voice alignment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure validated messaging is applied consistently across creative assets, evergreen ads, and campaign materials.
- Partner with the media buying team to align messaging with paid media strategy and execution.
- Craft and optimize email marketing sequences that nurture leads, deepen engagement, and drive conversions.
Experience Required:
- Native or Bilingual English proficiency - written and verbal.
- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Proficient with Unbounce and other landing page development platforms
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and copywriting.
- Proven experience conducting marketing testing and developing actionable optimization plans.
- Comfortable using business tools including Trello, Slack, Google Suite, ChatGPT, Dropbox, and Notion.
Skills Required:

- Ability to self-direct workload and operate independently in a fast-paced, results-driven, tight-deadline environment.
- Exceptional organization — able to manage multiple projects and priorities with clarity and focus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to company standards across all deliverables.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team including marketing, content, and design teams.
