We are seeking a hands-on performance marketing expert with proven mastery of Google Ads campaigns. You will take full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and ad copy development for lead-gen and e-commerce clients. Expertise in GA4, GTM, and pixel implementation is essential to track performance accurately and implement advanced measurement solutions. Excellent English communication and copywriting skills are required to craft high-converting ads and communicate clearly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube/Video, Shopping)
- Implement and maintain GA4 and GTM tracking, including event tracking, custom conversions, and full-funnel attribution.
- Provide creative recommendations for ad creatives, collaborating with design and content teams to ensure visuals and messaging align with campaign objectives.
- Write, edit, and test ad copy to maximize engagement, CTR, and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using KPIs such as CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
Client Collaboration & Insights
- Translate client objectives into actionable campaign strategies with clear, measurable KPIs.
- Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a compelling, data-driven way.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns on Google Ads
- Advanced GA4 and GTM skills, including setup, troubleshooting, and custom event tracking.
- Proven record of creating ads that drive conversions at scale for lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Experience providing creative direction and guiding ad design for high-converting campaigns.
- Strong copywriting skills with a track record of creating high-performing ad copy.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a must.
- Deep expertise in lead generation and e-commerce funnels, attribution models, and performance KPIs.
- Track record of optimizing campaigns to deliver measurable business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards/reports using Looker Studio, Excel, or similar tools.
- Self-starter and team-player with a growth mindset
Required:
- Portfolio demonstrating successful Google Ad campaigns with measurable results (ROAS, leads, conversions, LTV).
- Google Ads and GA4 certifications.
Preferred:
- Experience with programmatic advertising and other paid channels (Meta and TikTok).
- Full-funnel strategy experience and multi-channel attribution expertise.
