About Brightside Marketing
Brightside Marketing is a performance-driven growth agency specializing in multi-location fitness, wellness, and active lifestyle brands.
We work with some of the most competitive operators in the industry, including health clubs, boutique fitness studios, med-wellness companies, and franchise brands. Our work combines precision audience targeting, geospatial intelligence, and psychographic segmentation to drive measurable membership growth and revenue.

You will work directly with our strategy, paid media, and account teams to ensure that every lead generated through paid media is properly tracked, routed, nurtured, and attributed to real business outcomes like trials, tours, and memberships.
Your work will directly impact lead conversion, reporting accuracy, and the scalability of our marketing systems.

What We’re Looking For
The right person for this role is:
- Highly technical but also strategic
- Comfortable building systems from scratch or cleaning up messy ones
- Detail-oriented and documentation-focused
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Focused on building scalable systems, not manual workarounds
We are looking for someone who wants to build the marketing infrastructure behind high-growth brands, not just execute small technical tasks.
