Graphic Designer

We are looking for an in-house Graphic Designer to shape Brightlife’s visual language across all brand touchpoints.

You will work closely with the Brand Strategist to translate ideas and creative direction into thoughtful, distinctive and high-quality visual work.

Brightlife is a parenting development platform helping parents navigate the realities of raising children with more understanding, clarity and confidence.

We bring together expert-led learning, practical tools, courses and everyday support to help parents understand what is happening and know how to respond.

What you will work on

• Social media, including carousels, posts, reel covers and stories
• Website and multiple landing pages
• Campaign and launch creatives
• Product, course and membership visuals
• Presentations and digital brand assets
• Design systems, templates and visual elements
• Visual concepts and creative explorations

We are looking for someone who

• Has excellent visual taste
• Has a high level of intent behind their work, where every design decision is intentional and purposeful
• Thinks conceptually, not just executively
• Has a strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color and hierarchy
• Can simplify complex ideas visually
• Has a strong design point of view
• Understands premium, contemporary design
• Is detail oriented and visually curious
• Is comfortable taking feedback, collaborating and owning the final design
• Can work independently and move from a brief to a strong visual direction
• Is AI native and comfortable experimenting with new creative tools to explore ideas, improve workflows and expand creative possibilities

Tools

1. Strong proficiency in:
2. Figma · Photoshop · Illustrator · InDesign · Lightroom
3. Working knowledge of AI creative tools for image generation, visual exploration, ideation, retouching and creative experimentation.
4. Experience with Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI or similar tools is a plus.
5. Procreate, Framer, Webflow and other relevant design tools are also a plus.

• Someone who is intentional about their work, has excellent visual judgement, cares deeply about the details and can turn a thought into a compelling visual idea.
• Someone who is curious, open to new tools and ways of working, including AI, without losing the fundamentals of good design.
