About the Role
The Growth Marketing Lead is a key player-coach driving marketing programs and lead generation. We need a builder who can set a clear demand-gen strategy and then roll up their sleeves to ship campaigns, content, and collateral at startup speed. You’ll be our day-to-day marketing engine: 70% doer, 30% orchestrator.
This role is remote, with occasional travel (~10%) for team meetings and client events.
You’ll be great at this if you:
- Thrive in high velocity environments: You have a bias for action, ship V1s fast, and improve them in market.
- Context-switch with ease: Strategy at 9:00, copy edits at 9:30, ops fix at 10:00, sales deck tweak at 10:30.
- Are a doer: Comfortable writing ads/emails, building pages, tweaking workflows, and pulling your own reports.
- Collaborate with low-ego: You partner well with Sales, Product, and leadership—and you’re easy to work with.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run always-on and campaign-based programs across LinkedIn, paid search, email/nurture, and partner channels.
- Stand up simple, testable funnels quickly; iterate weekly based on data (MQL > SQL > Opportunities)
- Launch targeted ABM plays for priority firm segments / ICPs
- Create collateral & content that moves deals
- Draft and package case studies, one-pagers, product sheets, landing pages, demo scripts, webinar decks
- Coordinate thought leadership with founders/SMEs; repurpose into social, email, and sales enablement.
- Run events & field marketing
- Evaluate and manage conferences/sponsorships; negotiate, plan pre/post event follow-ups; measure ROI
- Spin up webinars/virtual workshops with crips offers and tight follow-through
Qualifications
- Experience: 4–6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with measurable pipeline impact (required). Legaltech experience is a major plus. Heavy preference for prior early-stage (Seed–Series B) experience where you built programs from scratch.
- Skills: Demonstrated generalist experience such as demand gen, content/collateral, product marketing, and events. Experience with paid social/search and marketing to mid‑market and enterprise buyers with longer sales cycles. Strong writing/editorial skills (ads, landing pages, email, case studies).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, law, or a related field. A legal background or degree can be advantageous but is not essential.
- Mindset: High urgency, owner’s mindset, data-guided but not data-paralyzed. Clear communicator; gives and receives feedback well.
- Tools: Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ChatGPT/LLM, and lightweight marketing ops tools.
