What You Will Do

As a Senior Product Designer at Bridgit, you will shape the future of our product ecosystem, driving cohesive experiences, elevating design excellence, and defining the long-term product design vision for Bridgit Bench. You will also be part of a cross-functional squad alongside a product manager and engineers to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions.

Product Area Leadership: Act as the senior designer in your squad's product area, collaborating with product management and engineering to drive user-centered solutions that that deliver business impact and delight customers
Customer Empathy: Lead research efforts to deeply understand customer pain points, translating insights into strategic product opportunities
Scalable Systems: Design elegant, modular solutions that scale across the product and use cases, balancing innovation with usability
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure technically feasible, high-quality execution of complex design solutions
Data-Informed Design: Apply behavioral analytics and experimentation to inform and refine designs, always tying work back to measurable outcomes
Design System: Support the evolution of Bridgit's design system, maintaining visual harmony, interaction consistency, and efficiency across teams
Mentorship & Influence: Uplift the design team through mentorship, design critiques, and by modeling best practices in product thinking and execution
Forward-Looking Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, including AI, to continuously elevate how we work and what we deliver

Who you are

You have 6+ years of experience designing web-based SaaS products, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver elegant, scalable solutions in complex environments
You are a systems thinker who can connect abstract strategy with detailed execution
You are deeply user-centered, with a strong research mindset and an ability to turn complex challenges into intuitive experiences
You are fluent in data-informed design, using both quantitative and qualitative methods to guide and validate your work
You are confident navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and helping others find clarity
You have a strong command of responsive design, accessibility, interaction patterns, and visual design principles
You have exceptional communication skills, enabling you to align stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and drive consensus
You're a collaborative team member who uplifts others, promotes design excellence, and leads by example
You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, balancing strategic thinking with executional speed
