About The Role

We are seeking a data-driven, technically skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to lead the performance tracking, analysis, and optimization of our digital marketing programs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, who thrives on working with tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms—and who can bridge the gap between technical marketing execution and strategic insights.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with setting up campaign tracking, building dashboards, and optimizing digital channels across web, email, paid media, and social. You'll also work closely with content, social, and demand generation teams to ensure every initiative is measurable, optimized, and aligned with business goals.

This role is NOT ideal for a marketing strategist who intends to outsource or delegate the details. We are expecting you to build programs that scale. This role will build, run, analyze and report with an eye towards constant and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology & Automation

  • Hubspot administration including workflow construction, ongoing management and reporting. This role is expected to our Hubspot power user.
  • Work within Salesforce, or similar other relevant automation platforms to track leads, manage campaigns, and improve segmentation.
  • Improve data coverage and quality across systems and sources with no-code systems such as clay Clay
  • Work with Sales Operations to to create, cleanse, optimize and deliver focused lists for targeted campaigns from our own data and various third party sources such as ZoomInfo, DemandBase, and 6Sense.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure reliable campaign attribution across systems.
  • Automate reporting workflows and support nurturing efforts with data-backed insights.

Marketing Analytics & Technical Implementation

  • Build and manage performance dashboards in Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, and related tools.
  • Configure, maintain, and audit event tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other analytics platforms.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Analyze marketing attribution, conversion paths, and funnel performance to inform campaign and content strategy.
  • Deliver ongoing reporting and actionable insights to internal stakeholders to improve digital marketing effectiveness.

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Support digital campaigns across paid, organic, email, and web with clear KPIs and tracking frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities at each stage of the funnel.
  • Align marketing performance with pre-determined goals through data-driven insights and experimentation.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies using behavioral data and testing outcomes.

Content & Social Media Performance

  • Analyze the performance of social media and content campaigns across channels, identifying top-performing content, audiences, and formats.
  • Track engagement metrics and user behavior to inform content development and distribution strategy.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure content is both compelling and measurable.
  • Recommend strategies to improve content reach, engagement, and conversion based on performance data.

Website Analytics

  • Manage website updates, landing pages and tag management
  • Monitor website performance including bounce rates, engagement time, traffic sources, and conversions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing operations, or performance marketing.
  • Deep proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Experience setting up event tracking, conversion funnels, and custom dashboards.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and performance reporting.
  • Strong experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B marketing and/or SaaS industry experience.
  • Experience with lead attribution models, data layer implementations, and cookie consent systems.
  • Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools beyond Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Background in content, social media, other campaign strategies, especially in performance-driven environments.
