Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the digital marketing strategy for Bridge Product Portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, managing digital campaigns, and driving customer acquisition through organic and paid marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
• Monitor website performance and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing tools, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Work closely with the Business Growth Specialist to generate and nurture qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the Creative Designer and Video Content Creator to produce engaging marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage webinars, product launches, referral campaigns, and online events.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities, emerging trends, and AI-powered marketing tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage the marketing budget and optimize ROI across all campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
• Experience using AI marketing tools and content generation platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Achieve monthly Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets.
• Increase website traffic and organic search rankings.
• Improve landing page conversion rates.
• Achieve target Cost per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Increase social media reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Improve email open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversion.
• Deliver monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
• Support sales pipeline growth through consistent lead generation.
