About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst – Research & Analytics to drive data-driven insights for a digital research platform. The role focuses on survey and research data analysis, KPI development, statistical analysis, dashboard design, and data visualization using SQL, Python, and tools such as Power BI or Tableau. You’ll work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Research teams to turn complex data into meaningful insights and support AI-powered analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Research Analytics, Market Research Analytics, or a related role
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Good working knowledge of Python, including Pandas or similar analytical libraries
• Strong understanding of statistics and analytical methodologies
• Experience analyzing survey, research, customer, or consumer data
• Experience defining KPIs, metrics, and analytical frameworks
• Strong understanding of dashboard design and data visualization principles
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar analytics tools
• Experience with cross-tabulation, segmentation, trend analysis, and comparative analysis
• Ability to translate research and business questions into meaningful analytical requirements
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Analyze survey, participant, and research data to identify meaningful trends and insights
• Define the KPIs, metrics, and analytical logic required for dashboards and reports
• Determine what information should be presented to users and how it should be visualized
• Design dashboard structures, drill-down journeys, filters, and analytical views
• Define analytics for different survey question types, including: Single and multiple choice, Rating and Likert scales, Ranking questions, Matrix questions, NPS / CSAT, Open-ended responses
• Perform demographic analysis, segmentation, cross-tabulation, trend analysis, benchmarking, and comparative analysis
• Apply appropriate statistical methods, including correlation and significance testing
• Analyze open-text and qualitative responses to identify themes and sentiment
• Translate analytical requirements into clear specifications for Data and Visualization Engineering teams
• Work with Data Engineers to define analytical datasets and data models
• Work with Visualization Engineers to build intuitive and meaningful dashboards
• Validate dashboard outputs and ensure analytical accuracy
• Create executive-level summaries and insight narratives from complex research data
• Support AI-powered analytics, automated insights, sentiment analysis, and research summarization
• Contribute to the ongoing analytics and product roadmap
