About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our marketing operations. You'll work directly with the CMO and our fractional Head of Growth across email, website, organic content, creator partnerships, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
- Build and maintain marketing SOPs
- Own our Marketing Calendar
- Execute website updates, sale events, and product launches in Shopify
- Build landing pages from briefs
- Set up and track A/B tests
- Coordinate UGC creator deliverables
- Upload ad creative assets and maintain testing logs
- Compile weekly marketing performance reports
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, DTC, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or a comparable email platform) and Shopify
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt to an established brand voice
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable pulling and summarizing data from marketing platforms
- Proactive communicator who flags issues and shares updates without being asked
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment with shifting priorities
- On the cutting edge of AI tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with creator seeding or UGC programs
- Interest in photography, cameras, or the creator economy
