About the Role
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help drive CRM strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with internal Campaign Coordinators, Ops, and Creative teams, and serve as the day-to-day lead with client stakeholders. From roadmap planning to platform management and campaign execution, you’ll ensure that CRM programs are high-impact, on time, and aligned to client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive CRM Strategy & Roadmap: Help shape lifecycle strategies across onboarding, engagement, retention, winback, and monetization. Work with internal client leads to align on quarterly planning and prioritization.
- Manage Execution: Oversee campaign calendars and coordinate with internal teams to build and launch multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Own the Platforms: Serve as the CRM platform expert for your clients — advising on segmentation, personalization, and campaign logic in Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, and similar tools.
- Analyze and Optimize: Monitor performance and extract actionable insights to inform roadmap adjustments and future opportunities.
- Client Leadership: Lead weekly client calls, share performance updates, and build strong working relationships that enable effective collaboration.
Sample Projects You May Work On
- Launch a multi-channel onboarding flow for a mobile gaming app using Braze, with personalized push and email touchpoints based on early in-app behavior
- Execute a resurrection campaign for a large social platform in Iterable, using dynamic friend-activity content across email and push to drive sessions
- Develop a winback campaign for an ecommerce client targeting lapsed buyers via SMS and email in Klaviyo with A/B-tested offers
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2-3+ years in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing (agency or client-facing preferred)
- Experience in at least two CRM channels (e.g. email, push, SMS, in-app)
- Hands-on background with platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template edits
- Strong track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
