As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you aren’t just managing accounts; you are the engine room of our customer acquisition strategy. You will own the full lifecycle of paid traffic—from deep-funnel technical setup and audience architecture to aggressive creative testing and budget scaling. This is a role for a "Technical Growth Hacker" who obsesses over unit economics and views every dollar of inefficient spend as a personal challenge. You will work at the intersection of data science and creative strategy to ensure Brazilian Lumber dominates the digital landscape.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Architecture: Design and execute sophisticated multi-channel campaigns across Meta (ASC, Manual Sales, Retargeting) and Google (Search, PMax, YouTube).
- Technical Integrity & Hygiene: Independently manage the "plumbing" of our marketing—this includes advanced UTM governance, GA4 event configuration, and ensuring pixel health across the site.
- Budget Defense & Traffic Quality: Proactively safeguard our ad spend by managing IP blacklists, placement exclusions, and negative keyword hierarchies to eliminate bot traffic and "Made for AdSense" (MFA) waste.
- Creative Strategy & Iteration: Lead the "Creative-First" approach by analyzing hook rates, hold rates, and CTRs to brief the design team on high-performing winning assets. You will turn raw data into actionable creative briefs.
- Rapid Experimentation: Maintain a continuous A/B testing roadmap for landing pages (CRO), ad copy, and offer structures to systematically lower CAC.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translate complex platform metrics into clear business insights, presenting weekly performance reports that focus on ROAS, Lead Quality, and Scalability.
Skills
Hard Skills
- Meta Mastery: Expert knowledge of Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC), CAPI (Conversion API) troubleshooting, and catalog management.
- Google Ads Excellence: Mastery of high-intent Search structures, PMax optimization, and the ability to navigate the "Black Box" of automated bidding.
- Analytics & Tagging: Native-level proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. You should be comfortable validating tags without dev support.
- Creative Analysis: Experience using tools like Motion or advanced Excel templates to track the performance of specific video/image hooks.
- Automation & AI: Proficient use of AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper) to accelerate copy production and creative brainstorming.
Soft Skills
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Demonstrates strong initiative to identify issues and implement solutions independently before they escalate.
- Direct & Respectful Communicator: Able to provide and receive honest feedback without office politics, maintaining professional relationships across various teams.
- Adaptable AI Adopter: Quickly learns and integrates new tools—especially AI—into daily workflows to increase efficiency and automation.
- Collaborative Independent Worker: Capable of managing personal workstreams and deadlines while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Logical & Analytical Thinker: Applies both quantitative (data-driven) and qualitative analysis to decision-making and project planning.
Company Values
- Curious Learner: Possesses a genuine desire to master both the business (products, industry) and their specific professional craft.
- Owner Mindset: Takes full responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered with high quality and minimal oversight.
- Operational Excellence: Committed to building solid process foundations and delivering recognized value that contributes to the company’s growth.
- Team-First Mentality: Willing to support teammates and help "unblock" challenges for others to ensure collective success.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of "hands-on-keyboard" experience managing budgets between $10k–$30k/month. We are looking for someone who has managed professional-grade accounts, not just boosted posts.
- Proven Track Record: Ability to demonstrate how you have historically lowered CPA or scaled a brand while maintaining ROAS.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Language: Professional-level English (B2/C1). You must be able to write native-sounding ad copy and present strategy to English-speaking management.
- Experience or interest in construction / building materials will be a plus
